Raise your wages by 20% + add an 8% attendance bonus + guarantee quarterly increases to account for inflation + guarantee profit sharing bonuses
Deposit a $4,000 signing bonus into your bank account (the UAW cost you an additional $1,500 by not agreeing to this offer by Oct. 31, 2025)
Provide 9% contributions to your 401(k) retirement account

About our Effort

ANSWER: When enough VW employees sign the petition, either the UAW will allow us to take our raise, or we will vote the UAW out so we can get our raise directly without the UAW in the way.

ANSWER: We are a VW employee-led organization created to give our fellow employees a choice, especially since VW has said they will give employees their raise and improved benefits without the UAW. Our legal team is led by Chattanooga-based labor attorney Maury Nicely.

ANSWER: IDs are used to verify that the person signing the petition is who they claim to be. DocuSign, the publicly traded company that performs the verification, is the gold-standard e-signature platform trusted to verify identities and keep information secure. There’s no sense in making a petition if identities cannot be verified, so we’ve partnered with DocuSign to ensure everyone is verified and their information stays safe. The only information we see from petitioners is their name, email, and that DocuSign has verified their identity.
